Vacation Bible School this year is scheduled for
Sunday, July 13 to Thursday, July 17, here at
Emmanuel. It’s an outdoor theme as we “point kids to
Jesus” to find True Peace, True Riches, True Power,
True Love and True Hope. Our second planning
meeting was held on Monday, April 28. Our
opening/closing is at “SonRise National Park Lodge”;
the Bible story area is “Discovery Bay”; crafts will be
made at “Busy Beaver Crafts”; we’ll eat at “Blueberry
Patch Snacks”; get moving at “Wild Wilderness
Games” and our PreK will have their own “Little
Bears Den”. We discussed where each station would
be and some decorating ideas for them. Our next
meeting is May 19 at 7:00 pm when we’ll discuss
ideas for our Mission Project. If you have an idea,
